At the start of 2020 none of us could have predicted the extremely different year ahead. A year of a lot of uncertainty, pain, and sorrow. But also hope, kindness, and desire for change. Only through the hardship we tend to evolve, though. So, as this year is nearing the end, I am certain, each one of us have been through their own hell and back, and now more than ever we have learnt the most about ourselves, as single individuals and as a society.
Wild Rose, the newest creation of the Irish perfume house The Burren Perfumery, could not have come at a better time.
Elevenses – my favorite time of day… When the morning rush is over it’s time for a little treat. It always comes paired with a delicious mug of tea, something sweet, and a scent which lifts me up. That’s a moment of peace, time to gather my thoughts and move on with the day. Like a ritual – extremely important.
I must be honest, I am loving this new theme on the blog – Perfume Portraits! It is so nice to get back to taking pictures again! 🙂 It felt like I lost the skill (and desire) somewhere at some stage… But it is so lovely to see that exciting feeling coming back, at last! 🙂
New Year – new beginning – new themes on the blog! 🙂
Introducing Perfume Portraits – the new heading for 2019! And to kick start it – a little duo from Roads.
Roads is an Irish niche perfume company. I have noticed them stocked at Harvey Nichols store in Dundrum Town Center in Dublin. And luckily enough I managed to snatch these babies at a local TK Maxx store for a fraction of a price.
