This Bank Holiday weekend brings many reasons to celebrate – 1st of May is Lily-of-the-Valley day in the world of perfumery and also some countries will celebrate Mother’s Day on the first Sunday of May which is tomorrow 🙂
So for me this weekend is all about the beautiful fragrant spring flowers – Lilies-of-the-Valley.

At the end of last year Parfums Dusita invited everyone around the world to participate in the competition to name their newly created fragrance. The perfume is purple in color and is dedicated to the beautiful flower iris.
After a long winter the wait is finally over! 🙂

I have just come back from a short day trip to London, which was a very pleasant surprise/ present from my husband. With very little time and so many things to see, I was very lucky to have also visited two perfume boutiques that specialize in niche fragrances – Les Senteurs and Bloom Perfumery.
