Many moons ago I stopped by at a wonderful enchanted garden in the centre of London – Bloom Perfumery.
Every single perfume creation carries its secret but not all of them are worthy of your attention, time, and effort. Some talk to you and you get an instant connection. My journey with Zoologist Perfumes started quite a while ago, I suppose around the time when their Civet won the Art and Olfaction Awards in 2017, and I got slightly deeper into browsing through online forums and perfume related groups on Facebook. I have just come back from a short day trip to London, which was a very pleasant surprise/ present from my husband. With very little time and so many things to see, I was very lucky to have also visited two perfume boutiques that specialize in niche fragrances – Les Senteurs and Bloom Perfumery. The day flew by so quickly and I barely noticed what time it was.. It gets dark outside very early, and sometimes it feels like the Sun doesn’t even rise…
1. #SOTD Amouage – Reflection.
A lovely, perfectly balanced fragrance – fresh, light, flowery, with a gentle base of cedar, amber and sandalwood. It lasts moderately long enough as a day-time perfume, and after 5-6 hours I can still feel a very gentle whiff of it on my wrist. Highly recommended on a warmer day.. 🙂 Continue reading “Bonjour Project – Day 10”→
