Long Lost Scents – Stash SJP

Stash SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker is an ideal summer scent in Ireland for me.

As we are approaching the hottest days this year, 25 C degrees is not that hot compared to other countries…. However, it is scorching for people who are not used to this kind of heat. A win-win situation – spend your day at the beach and wear your best summer fragrance! 🙂

And my choice is so perfect for just that. Stash SJP as an aromatic woody scent has a vibe of sunscreen lotion and oud! I feel like swimming in a bath with coconuts and other fruits, eating ice cream, and enjoying a breezy, refreshing woody aromas…. Yes – fruity, creamy, cooling and warming at the same time – Stash SJP has it all.

I remember purchasing Stash SJP as it just came out, so must be somewhere around 2016 – 2017. It is of great quality after all these years, and for the fraction of the price compared to other designer brands.

According to Fragrantica, Stash SJP “begins with notes of fresh grapefruit, black pepper and aromatic sage. Its heart notes include Atlas cedar, patchouli, ginger lily and pistachios, laid on the warm woody base of olibanum, massoia wood, vetiver and musk”. So no coconuts or oud there, I am afraid! 🙂 But I think it definitely performs better on a hot day…. 🙂

Three days in a row with the same scent – it is a winner for me after all 🙂

Have you tried Stash SJP yet? What are your thoughts?
