My Midnight Burberry

After a late night at the gym, all I could think of was a very hot long bath… A little ‘me’ time to let the muscles relax and put all negativity aside – how unfit / slow / weak I am if compared to others… Water is my element. I could bathe and shower for ages! I could swim in lakes and swimming pools, and paddle in the sea without ever getting bored… It is such a mood booster! Water helps me to get back to my own self…

So, this late night when the moon is bright like never before, I reached for My Burberry shower oil.img_1794

To be honest, I don’t like those annoying kind of shower gels which fragrance never goes away.. But putting My Burberry on, with the thought that I’ll be heading to bed with a lovely scent on my skin, was a totally different story because this time I was also spraying a little of the perfume itself. I received this lovely gift from my husband ages ago, and am so happy to be able to intensify this beautiful scent even more.

The scent of the shower oil has disappeared after an hour but it left the skin feeling so soft, rejuvenated, and happy. I spritzed a little bit of eau de toilette on the insides of my elbows and the aroma is still gently lingering when I put my nose up close. This sweet creamy scent is so perfect for a late night…

My Burberry shower oil + eau de toilette .. what a lovely way to end the day…

  1. I have a similar issue with both scented shower gels and body lotions: I do not wear any perfume often enough to justify matching products, but otherwise I’m too conscious about the proper “layering.” But I love my OJ Ta’if shower gel: since it’s one of my “dressed-up”/special occasion perfumes, I always use the shower gel before wear that perfume – it becomes a complete ritual of getting ready.
