1. My #SOTD was Dali EDP by Salvador Dali.. I am so happy with its trail and longevity, and the whole fragrant cocktail of flowers, aldehydes and amber … 10/10 π
2. Little discoveries of the day
I went for a little walk and, just round the corner from the place I’m staying, I found a tiny cafe / shop Lila. And it’s a Vegetarian / Vegan bakery! π I was so pleasantly surprised to see a huge selection of sweets in display and soups on the menu, also a lovely range of cooking / yoga books, Himalayan salt lamps, and incense sticks for sale. I got some sweets and samosas to try at home, and I must say, I love their vegan oatmeal cookies already π β€ And I also bought a vegetarian cookbook in Lithuanian – can’t wait to read the recipes π Pay Lila a visit whenever you’re in Ε iauliai, I’m sure this place won’t disappoint you π
3. Something to be thankful for
Another pleasant surprise was on tv today. A doctor was advising people what to do or not do during winter time, how to not catch a cold, and keep the body healthy… and in the middle of it he started explaining the benefits of meditation, how to do simple breathing exercises, and also talked about the power of positive thinking… I’ve never heard a doctor do so openly on tv… and I am so happy that it is being said, because there are so many elderly people, whose only joy in life is watching that tiny box, believing to the majority of things that come out of it… so, I think, the more of the real good news on tv, the better…
